You’ve got the grill fired up:

Before your backyard turns into a 5-star smokehouse, keep these quick tips in mind:

• Keep the grill at least 10 feet from your house or overhangs

• Never leave it unattended (yes, even for “just a sec”)

• Check propane tanks and hoses for leaks

• Know what to do if flames get out of control

🚨 PLEASE don’t let your auto policy lapse — Let me tell you what just happened🚨

I just had a client call me in full panic mode, crying on the phone. She said, “Can you get me a policy in six minutes? The officer’s here and they’re about to tow my car.” I couldn’t do it in six minutes… but I hustled and got it done in fifteen, as she pleaded with the officer not to tow her vehicle. Thank God, the officer extended her some grace, although that may not always be the case.

Let me be real with you: when your coverage lapses, you're legally exposed. You risk losing your car, paying fines, and facing skyrocketing insurance rates later on. I know life gets busy. I know money can get tight. But please — don’t wait until it becomes an emergency. Keep your policy active. Protect your peace of mind before things spiral out of control.

📢 Insurance Tip of Today 📢

Please open your mail and don't get caught off guard! When you purchase a new auto insurance policy, you must include or exclude all household members 16 and older. After your policy is active, most insurance companies will conduct a household check. If they find any undisclosed residents at your address, they’ll send you a notice to exclude them.

If you ignore the notice, some insurers will automatically adjust your rate and add those individuals to your policy—potentially increasing your premium. Don’t let unopened mail cost you money!
