This Corona thing has really played havoc in all industries including the credit markets.

I have heard from many of my peers that access the capital markets and say they are all jacked up and that getting Jumbo Loans is a bit tricky.

At BancorpSouth we are still doing large volumes of Portfolio Lending that features:

2. Jumbo ARMs 3, 5 & 10 with 10.1% down to $1.5 million

Economy Looking good and inflation acceptable!!

The BLS Jobs report showed that there were 196,000 Jobs created in the month of March, which was higher than estimates of 170,000. The unemployment rate remained at 3.8% and average hourly earnings were up 0.1% for the month and 3.2% year over year, but down from 3.4%.
