We are hiring!! Customer Service Representative – Ziemba Insurance Agency
Ziemba Insurance Agency, a family-owned local business here in Dallas, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team this fall (preferably starting in early October). Our current representative is retiring after almost 10 years with us, so we’re excited to welcome someone new who’s looking for a long-term home with us.
About the Job:
This role is all about helping our clients feel taken care of. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Answering phones and assisting clients with questions
- Processing payments
- Using basic computer programs for data entry and account updates
- Providing friendly, reliable customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience (insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required)
- Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer tasks
- Friendly, dependable, and looking for a stable position
- No insurance license required — we’ll teach you what you need to know on the job
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, hourly position
- Consistent hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Fridays until 4:30 PM
- Closed on all major holidays
- Pay is on a sliding scale based on experience, to be discussed privately
