Congratulations to Zay & Boy on buying their first home! 🏡✨

This closing was such a full-circle moment for me. I’ve known this “kid” since way back in the day when I used to spend SO much time at their family’s shop. Honestly, I’d get in trouble because instead of working at my mom and tías salon, I’d be sitting there talking with their mom. 😂 Those are memories I’ll always cherish.

When we were reconnected recently, I was like “Wait… Boy is all grown up now?!” Time really flies. Seeing them now stepping into this new chapter together as homeowners is something so special to witness.

Being able to help them through this process made it even more meaningful. Zay was incredible to work with, organized, responsive, and on top of everything from beginning to end. Watching everything come together for them was such a proud moment for me.

Wishing you both endless blessings, peace, laughter, and beautiful memories in your new home. This is only the beginning. ❤️🔑

Spent the day at the United Wholesale Mortgage campus learning several social media platforms, AI, access to partner materials, etc. This was beyond your basic apps. 📚🏡

There’s something different about being in the room, learning directly from the source, and seeing all the tools, tech, and programs designed to help us close faster, smoother, and smarter.

I walked away with new strategies, better loan solutions, and resources that will make a real difference for my realtor partners and their clients, from quicker approvals to stronger offers and more wins at the closing table.
