📍 Stonebriar Center – Frisco
📍 Hulen Mall – Fort Worth
📍 Town East Mall – Mesquite
We are looking for motivated leaders with sales experience who can manage a team, drive sales, and provide great customer service. If you have retail or wireless experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment, this is a great opportunity.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $35,000/year
• Uncapped commission (strong earning potential)
• Performance bonuses
• Paid training
• Opportunities for advancement within the company
👔 Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate a retail sales team
• Drive sales of phones, plans, and accessories
• Recruit, train, and develop employees
• Monitor store performance and sales goals
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Oversee daily store operations and inventory
✅ Requirements
• Previous Sales Manager or Retail Sales Manager experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
