Home prices are currently the lowest they’ve been here in many years. With so many businesses relocating to our great state it will not last much longer. Don’t get caught waiting for pandemic rates to come back because they’re not, and historically speaking we’re still very good. If they do get better at some point, yay! You can always refinance, but will be hard pressed to ever see a buyers’ market like this again. The old adage is you marry the house and date the rate. That couldn’t be more true than right now.
