Hey, I’m Gary Bourgeois.
I’m a husband, dad, Army veteran with 23 years of service, and a mortgage loan officer. These days, you’ll find me helping families navigate the home buying process, especially those using their VA benefits or buying a home for the first time.

I believe in honesty, clear communication, and treating clients the way I’d want someone to treat my own family and friends. I work hard for my clients—answering questions, breaking things down simply, and making sure they feel confident every step of the way.

When I’m not working, I’m probably fixing something around the house, wrangling our cats, or heading to the hardware store… again.
