Summer salad season is here 🥗 That means you can beat the heat and give your oven a break. Check out this refreshing salad with cooling watermelon and fresh basil. You can also throw in a protein like chilled, steamed shrimp or grilled chicken.

Watermelon feta salad 🍉
✔️ Combine mixed green lettuce, fresh basil leaves, reduced-fat crumbled feta cheese and cubed watermelon.
✔️ Toss with reduced-fat balsamic vinaigrette and sprinkle in
remaining feta.
