Home buyers today have more negotiating power than they will if they wait!!

Why?

Well, with seasonal fall back due to the holiday season... all projections show we will likely start the year with fewer homes on the market than we did THIS YEAR (and we know what that caused).

My bigger concern is when interest rates start dropping along with fewer available homes.

Last time this happened we saw a buyer frenzy forced with minimal control and multiple bidding wars.

If you happen to find a home that you love (yes even right now when interest rates are higher) then buy it.

You marry the home and date the rate as we can always refinance you into the lower interest rate later.

Take advantage of this opportunity right now before it is too late.

When it comes to renting, there are a lot of tricks and only a few treats...

The biggest trick of all is that you are already paying off a mortgage - PLUS some profit for your landlord (and you don't get any of the benefits)!!

If you had your own mortgage, you would get all of the monthly money you paid back when you sell.

But when you move out of your rental, your money stays in your landlord's pocket.
