The Equita Group was founded in 1986 by a group of insurance professionals who wanted to provide a platform which made it easy for anyone with a decent work ethic to become successful in the insurance industry. For over 18 years we specialized in retirement and estate planning in a small number of states. We have since evolved into one of the largest Independent Marketing Organizations in the coun

try in multiple market segments, conducting business in over 42 states nationwide. We have two distinct distribution channels: Independent and Direct-to-Consumer. The Equita Group is a sales and marketing organization with product offerings in the areas of Health and Life Insurance. What makes us a unique organization is our emphasis on providing high quality marketing and leads to our two types of sales advisers: Inside and Outside sales. We have developed sales and marketing platforms for both our independent contractor channel as well as our direct-to-consumer channel. Our company consists of one service company and three marketing companies.

At The Equita Group, we believe that great organizations are built by great people. That's why we are incredibly excited to announce that Jim Moseley has joined our leadership team as our new Vice President of Sales.

Jim brings more than a decade of experience helping agents and advisors grow their businesses, increase production, strengthen client relationships, and create long-term success. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for coaching, mentoring, and empowering sales professionals to reach levels they did not believe were possible.

What stood out most to us was not simply Jim's experience, but his passion for people. He understands that sustainable growth comes from developing individuals, building strong systems, and creating a culture where agents are equipped to succeed. His expertise in sales development, business growth strategies, needs-based selling, cross-selling, prospecting, and agent coaching aligns perfectly with where we are headed as an organization.

As we continue to expand our presence across Life Insurance, Medicare, Annuities, and Wealth solutions, Jim's leadership will play a critical role in helping our agents grow their production, improve their businesses, and create more opportunities for the families they serve.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jim is a person of high character who genuinely cares about helping others win. He shares our belief that success is built through servant leadership, personal development, accountability, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
