Essential Businesses which is referenced on page 5 of the document included in the link. Banks, Title Companies & Appraisers will continue to operate (page 6, item vii). Real Estate Transactions are also considered essential (page 6, item ix): "Services related to current real estate transactions. As much business as possible shall be conducted with web-based technology to limit in-person contact." Residential &/or Commercial moving services are categorized as essential, as well (page 6, article xv).

Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price joined other city and county leaders in North Texas Tuesday in calling for all residents to stay at home to help fight the spread of COVID-19.
