Texas Political Subdivisions JSIF TPS is a self-insurance pool comprised of municipalities, counties, school districts, hospitals, junior colleges, and other political subdivisions.

- Red Oak ISD received $20,000 for the purchase of AEDs
- Socorro ISD received $14,963.77 for the purchase of security cameras installed in the transportation bus storage lot.
- Splendora ISD received $7,564 for cameras.
- Texarkana ISD received $8,568.80 for the purchase of AEDs, stop the bleed kits, and first aid kits.
