Here are 7 things I do with my business income as a financially stable businesswoman in her 30s 💼💸

Because making money is one thing… knowing what to do with it is what actually builds wealth.

1. I pay myself consistently.
My business doesn’t just make money — it pays me. Every time.

2. I separate my business and personal finances.
No mixing, no confusion. My business has its own system.

3. I set money aside for taxes.
We’re not playing with the IRS 😭 that money gets moved immediately.

4. I reinvest back into my business.
Marketing, tools, support — if it helps me grow, it’s planned for.

5. I track my numbers regularly.
Revenue, expenses, profit… I know what’s going on at all times.

6. I keep a cushion in my business savings account.
Slow months happen. I stay ready so I don’t have to panic.

7. I move money with intention.
Every dollar has a purpose — I’m not just spending because it’s there.

Save this if you’re building a business and want to actually see your money 💜

Here are 7 purchases I always plan ahead for as a financially stable woman in her 30s 💅🏾💸

Because it’s not about not spending… it’s about spending with a plan.

1. Travel.
Flights, hotels, excursions — I’m not swiping last minute. I plan it, budget it, then enjoy it.

2. Birthdays + holidays.
Gifts, outfits, dinners… these happen every year. I’m not letting them catch me off guard 😭

3. Self-care appointments.
Hair, nails, lashes, massages — it’s part of my lifestyle, so it’s part of my budget.

4. Clothes + wardrobe upgrades.
Not random shopping sprees. If I want it, I plan for it and buy it intentionally.

5. Big purchases.
Furniture, electronics, anything over a certain amount — I’m not impulse buying that.

6. Events + experiences.
Concerts, brunch, girls’ trips, pop-ups — I plan ahead so I can enjoy it without stressing.

7. Home + life maintenance.
Car stuff, household items, random adulting expenses… because something always comes up.

Save this for your next spending decision 💜

Here are 7 money habits that keep me out of debt as a financially stable woman in her 30s 💸✨

This didn’t happen overnight — I built these habits on purpose so debt is not part of my lifestyle.

1. I follow my budget every payday.
Before I spend anything, I already know where my money is going. No guessing over here.

2. I don’t buy things just because I want them right now.
If I want it, I plan for it, budget for it, and then execute. No impulsive swiping.

3. I check myself — wants vs. needs.
My needs are always handled first. My wants get planned, not rushed.

4. I use my credit cards strategically.
Gas, groceries, planned expenses — and it gets paid off in full every month. We’re not carrying balances.

5. I find ways to have fun without overspending.
Free or budget-friendly activities still give luxury energy without the financial stress.

6. I cook at home and eat out with intention.
Eating out is a treat, not a lifestyle. My kitchen gets used 😌

7. I stay aware of my money.
I’m checking my accounts, staying on top of what’s coming in and going out. Surprises are not cute.

Save this if you’re working on staying out of debt 💜

She paid off $10,000 in 11 months… and used to feel ashamed of her money habits.

Preslee came to me saying
“My money comes in… and goes right back out.”

Bills paid ✔️
But still overspending
Still no structure
Still feeling overwhelmed

Fast forward…

✨ Paid off her car
✨ Paid off multiple credit cards
✨ Over $10,000 paid off in 11 months
✨ And most importantly… confidence with her money

This didn’t happen by accident.
It happened because she got intentional, structured, and supported.

After 4+ years of working together, we ran the numbers and realized something powerful.

If she walked away from her job tomorrow…
she could comfortably live for 2.5 years without working.

Now, to be clear — she’s not planning to be jobless for 2.5 years.

But the power is in knowing she could!

That kind of financial safety net gives you the freedom to make decisions based on peace of mind, not panic.

Now we’re shifting the focus to strategic, aggressive investing so she can move even closer to her long-term goal: early retirement.

This is what happens when you get clear on your numbers and build a plan.

Want the same starting point I use with my clients?
