We are pleased to announce that Pavinee Hat has been named SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for Hallmark Financial. Pavinee joined Hallmark in September 2018, and most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources. Pavinee consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to Hallmark and our employees. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in Human Resources within several industries including transportation, finance, insurance and government. She holds a master’s degree in human resources management as well. Congratulations Pavinee!

Hallmark is pleased to announce that Chris Kenney has been named President of Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. Chris will concurrently serve in the roles of President and Chief Financial Officer. With nearly 18 years of service to Hallmark, Chris joined us in 2004 leading our accounting division as SVP, Accounting, then later as Chief Accounting Officer, and most recently as Chief Financial Officer and member of our Senior Leadership team. His commitment to Hallmark has resulted in valuable contributions instrumental in our progress. By his actions, Chris has demonstrated he is capable of leading our teams and what acting and thinking like an owner means. Congratulations Chris!
