Richland College’s Management Program will prepare you for an exciting career as a 21st century manager. Every company in literally every industry needs well-educated highly motivated supervisors and managers to help achieve organizational goals. Whether you’re a seasoned manager, a new manager, or simply would like to become a manager, this program can meet your educational needs. Our management classes can help you develop real-world skills by using the latest techniques in quality management, team building, decision-making, employee motivation, and human relations. Our program is unique because you will receive a total of 12 college credit hours from the cooperative-education component.
