With event season heating up this month, we are featuring Owner Jordan McCarter and Top Tier Staffing & Event Rentals in Dallas, TX for our .
Jordan McCarter has worked in the event industry since 2002. In 2010, he started his own business, Top Tier Staffing, LLC, to provide staffing for events, such as servers, bar tenders, meal prep workers, host/hostess, etc. in the North Texas communities. Two years later, in April 2012, McCarter expanded to include equipment rentals for events at which time he added Top Tier Staffing and Event Rentals, LLC to his portfolio.
Up until 2022, Top Tier paid a monthly leasing fee that was increasing annually. McCarter reached out to Acclivity Financial to secure a small business loan in order to purchase the commercial real estate he had been renting since his company's start up. By working with Acclivity Financial's SVP, Jana Rouble - SBA - Acclivity Financial, McCarter was able to secure a loan through the SBA 7a program. He now owns his commercial space, which features a newly renovated showroom as well as a large warehouse. When asked about his experience with our bank, McCarter said, "Jana was just a dream to work with and made the lending process so much easier than we expected.
