RATE CUT does not directly affect mortgage rates immediately but will eventually.

The Federal Reserve cut rates on Wednesday and mortgage rates went up! What happened? The answer lies in the bond market.

Are FHA loans right for you?

FHA loans can offer many great things from low down payments, higher debt-to-income ratios, and be bit more lenient than conventional loans - which can all be pros of FHA loans.

But again, everyone's situation is different and the only way to know if FHA loans will benefit for you or not, is to reach out to me and we'll take a look into it together to see what's the best program/loan for you.

With the nation's average rent price for a 2-bedroom is at $2,106 which is pretty much equivalent to a mortgage payment. If you can afford to rent...you can probably afford to own!

🔸 If you are receiving steady income from your job and are already paying rent on time each month - please reach out to see what your home buying power is. You might be surprised!
🔸 A lot of people don't know that you don't need to have 20% down payment. You can down as little as 3.5% or 5%, and in some certain programs, even 0% down.
🔸 If you're also already paying your bills on time and don't have any major issues (like bankruptcy, foreclosure, judgements, etc.) on your credit report, then your credit is most likely in good shape. But regardless, please reach out to me and we can get you situated and figure out a game plan for you to be headed in the right direction.

To L O C K or to let it F L O A T?
Whenever my clients ask me for my opinion whether I think they should lock it in now or wait, I ask them in return:
"Well, how much are you willing to gamble??" 😬

🔹In all honesty, I always want what's best for my clients so I try my best to make the best judgement and let the client know what all the options are and what possible consequences could be from those outcome. We never know what the market holds for us tomorrow, but we can try to do what we can that will be the best for our clients today.
