Our Founder & Chairman, Cliff Booth, will join the panel "What is Getting Built Today: Case Studies — Adaptive Reuse vs. Build-to-Suit" to discuss how developers are adapting strategies, from adaptive reuse to build-to-suit, amid today's evolving market conditions. He will be joined by fellow panelist Axel Anderson (Yukon Real Estate Partners), with the conversation moderated by Steven Majich (BGO).

Our Summer Happy Hour Series took a tropical turn this month with Westmount's First Annual Luau! 🌺

We took an afternoon break to step away from the day-to-day and celebrate the culture we've built at Westmount with island inspired food, drinks and a little friendly competition. Between Social Bingo and Steal the Lei, the festivities gave everyone a chance to mix, mingle and connect across the office.

A big thank you to Andie and Kassandra for putting this event together, and a special congratulations to Lawrence, voted Westmount's Best Dressed Luau Champion! 👑

Our Westmount Realty Capital, LLC Summer Happy Hour Series continued this month at State & Allen Kitchen+Bar! ☀️

As we head into the second half of the year, taking time to pause and connect with one another matters just as much as the work ahead. It was a great afternoon to catch up and recharge before our mid-year push toward a strong finish.

Westmount Realty Capital, LLC was pleased to host its annual Tenant Appreciation event at Shelby Oaks last week, bringing together more than 100 attendees for an afternoon of networking, conversation, and building new connections
