HALL Structured Finance has announced the promotion of Brad Ferguson to Senior Vice President of Originations and the hiring of Josh Clary as Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer.

A ten-year veteran of the firm, Ferguson will continue to lead origination efforts across our core sectors, further expanding relationships with sponsors and intermediaries nationwide. Clary will oversee our lending platform from underwriting through closing, enhancing ex*****on and advancing new loan opportunities across our national platform.

HALL Group is proud to share that HALL Arts Hotel, our luxury, art-focused hotel located in the Dallas Arts District, has officially joined Marriott Bonvoy’s Autograph Collection, a curated portfolio of distinctive hotels around the world. This milestone marks a new chapter for HALL Arts Hotel as it continues to elevate the guest experience through thoughtful updates across the property.

The hotel's enhancements include refreshed lobby and guest rooms and the upcoming opening of the hotel’s new signature restaurant Astra Kitchen + Lounge, which is slated to debut in early March. Astra will feature a modern, approachable design and a bistro-inspired menu. Additional details on the restaurant and its opening date will be announced in the coming weeks.

HALL Group had the privilege of volunteering with The Birthday Party Project last week, an organization dedicated to ensuring every child feels celebrated—especially on their birthday. Our team spent the day behind the scenes assembling gifts, crafting birthday cards, and organizing supplies for upcoming parties.

The Birthday Party Project has provided over 2.5 million children with birthday celebrations, and we feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to support their mission. Thank you, BPP, for having us!
