Thats where property management companies step in.

They come in and manage your properties for you.

However, they focus only on the income.

They are not worried about the expenses you incur.

They are only focused on income.

Remember to manage your property management.

When we realized real estate is about making friends and build relationships

WE BECAME EXCITED.

Because of the people we have met and those we have become close to, we began getting more deals and feeling more confident about our journey.

Each person has something to teach you.

Take time to learn from other's experiences and continue to help others where you can.

Build relationships and take everyone to the top.

Posting on social media is hard.

It took us a while to figure out what we were doing.

We probably still don't have a full understanding.

But, we're gonna get started and focus on consistency.

We want to consistently post and share what we're doing.

We will post on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

It's going to be a fun learning experience.

Taking breaks is NEEDED.

Our breaks involve playing a best-of-three pool game.

Currently, Ronak leads the head-to-head.

Doing the same thing over and over is necessary.

Sometimes it feels our jobs involves the same daily tasks.

You may feel a lack of excitement or dread doing some tasks.

However, if you're doing what you love, you know doing the same things over and over is needed.

Real estate involves picking up the phone and making calls.

It involves analyzing deals everyday.

It involves sending many emails everyday.

It involves many of the same tasks that we repeat everyday.

We may not know what is needed for us to succeed over the coming days, weeks, months and years.

But, we will keep doing the ordinary things an extraordinary amount of times.

Interviewing people is SO much fun.

Why did we start a talk show and begin interviewing people?

Real Estate Unlocked is the talk-show brand of AARO Real Estate.

We wanted to learn from esteemed professionals in the real estate industry.

Having a talk show turned out to be a fun way to connect and learn from others.

We have had the priviledge of interviewing various people partaking in the various facets of real estate.

There is so much to learn from everyone.

Stay tuned for our talk-show episodes to drop. They'll be a great way to learn from the experiences who have done big things.
