Even after our application moved to the next phase of processing, he was still so accommodating and available for questions or concerns. He is the most genuine person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, and is the sole reason I stuck with New American Funding for our lender of choice. He made the process seamless and easy to understand. His candor and approachability makes him the ideal loan processor to work with. I would and will recommend Ryan 1000 times over to family and friends for their home buying process. As someone who works in HR, please do everything you can to retain his talent because he is, in my opinion, irreplaceable. Also, give him a raise—he works all hours to make sure his clients get the help they need. What's included in your monthly mortgage payment??? Well, the costs associated with your mortgage payment are commonly referred to as your "PITI". Principle, Interest, Taxes & Insurance. All of these values can be affected by multiple different things such as the area you're in, what your interest rate is, your qualifications such as your debt-to-income ratio and the price of your home!!

It might appear like a lot, but breaking it down by understanding what goes into the actual monthly payment you pay every month can be very simple with the right guidance!!
