Prior to Brazos Residential, Thanh served as an Asset Manager, where he successfully managed the DFW portfolio. has been named the 'Top Pro-Growth City in the County' by The Pacific Research Institute, a California-based think tank, which recently released the Free Cities Index, ranking the 50 largest U.S. cities by pro-growth policy implementation.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, "Fort Worth added more residents than any other big city in the nation, according to census data tracking population growth from July 2021 to July 2022.
Demographers estimate the city's population is now close to 957,000. About 19,000 people moved to Fort Worth between 2021 and 2022, they said.

If the growth continues at this rate, Fort Worth's population will easily exceed one million people before the end of the decade."

North Texas is on its way to becoming a center of domestic semiconductor manufacturing. , (about 60 miles north of Dallas) is the home of two new billion-dollar semiconductor manufacturing plants being built by Texas Instruments and GlobiTech Incorporated. Both projects cost a combined $35 billion and are estimated to bring 4,500 new to the area.

The transformation is nothing short of breathtaking. The Brazos Residential team was in Sherman last week conducting on-site due diligence on an asset that we have under contract and the buzz in the city was undeniable. New construction and cranes were everywhere.

One more addition to the Brazos Residential accounting team! Welcome, Catherine Teetzel!

Cathy will be working alongside Taylehr Lazuick and Tiffany Reitcheck assisting with property accounting. She brings over a decade of property accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry. Cathy was responsible for the financial presentation of 21 properties, 6,500 units, as Senior Accountant for one of the largest owners of multifamily assets in the country. She is another excellent addition to the team!

We keep growing! Please help us in welcoming Taylehr Lazuick to the Brazos Residential team! Taylehr will be joining Tiffany Reitcheck's team and will be assisting with property accounting.

Taylehr brings over eight years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. She began her career as a leasing consultant in Stephenville, TX. Upon graduating with her BBA from Tarleton State University in 2016, she transitioned to a property manager for over 300 units. Upon relocation back to Colorado, she worked a dual role as a Property Accountant and Process & Procedure Compliance Specialist for a top-10 owner of multifamily in the country.
