Speakers who make political posts don’t get hired to be speakers.
(Unless you’re a political speaker!)

Speakers: please use discernment.

If you post about an event, or a candidate, don’t expect to get hired when 50% of your city voted for that candidate. ✈️
Don’t expect your books to sell. 📕

Don’t expect your speaking engagements to get filled because now you have just deleted 50% of your market.

Stick to social media, but don’t try to get a corporation to hire you to deliver a motivational speech. 🎤 Because a corporation is filled with diverse people.

This is no different than building any other business. The greatest paid speakers? They just have the greatest amount of emotional intelligence.
Emotional speakers who have no filter, and post every news story, feeling, or thought?

These types of speakers will not be represented by us because we will not have any surprises on stage.

Our promise to our corporate leaders?
No speakers like the recent Baylor Health ER baby nurses going on social media, talking about how they wish someone harm, no one talking politically about a candidate, no one divisive on your stage. -

Our promise to speakers?
We help develop mature leaders to develop mature, leadership messages that change lives no matter what their topic is.

If you’re not cut out to be a speaker, because honestly, some people just have no filter and don’t want to be silenced, we are honest, and we will coach you to be an influencer.

Influencers make money on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. if you’re making money there like many of our Speaker influencers, you don’t need to go on stage. But we will not promote ivisive speakers who have zero EQ or self control.
