Have you heard the news about Celina Housing Permits?

Despite challenging conditions in the housing market, residential building permits continued to rise in this fast-growing North Texas suburb in 2023.

I can only imagine how great 2024 will be! Check it out!

Permits were up more than 50% in 2023 in the small city of Celina. However, they fall sharply in nearby Frisco and Little Elm.

"New housing activity has jumped in some of Dallas-Fort Worth’s northern reaches as builders pick up the pace of construction.
Building permits have leapt in places like Celina, McKinney and Princeton as other cities in the area continue to see a slump in new construction. Overall, homebuilding continues to slide in most of DFW’s northern suburbs, per the latest roundup of single-family building permits in Collin, Denton and Grayson counties. "

- Land for more than 3,000 new homes sells west of Prosper and Celina

- 1,076 acres, less than one mile west of the Tollway, purchased by Old Prosper Partners’ Teague Griffin from Tomlin Investments.

- “The last property left of that size.”

- Homes on the land will cost more than $600,000.
