I was skeptical at first. I filled out some information on a third party website and got a phone call from Justin the next morning. We had a very candid discussion on the first call. He told me what he thought he could do and said he would not waste my time. He ran some numbers and called me back the next day with a rate that was 1% lower than my current rate. Justin worked to get the appraisal waived and got the points removed. Everything was pretty straight forward and easy.

Justin was a pleasure to work with. Always a call or an email away and may I also include text with that. This was some heavy stuff to get through but every time I had a question, Justin was there right away and I did not have to wait hours, or a day or two and in some cases “never,” for a response.
