This also goes for Primary, 2nd and Vacation Homes, and Investment Properties. In addition to all of the wonderful products, I also provide Down Payment Assistance Programs to help with minimizing out of pocket expenses. The reason I have chosen to be a Mortgage Loan Officer is due to the simple fact that nothing is greater than seeing my clients and their families close on their new home where they can start a new chapter.
