Happy closing day for my dental coworker. I'm so honored he chose me as his lender to go through this process with him. Plus, it was easier to collect additional documents needed lol. Anyhow, this unique home was renovated throughout. The house appraised for $26k more than listing price. The seller gave 5k towards closing cost and paid owners policy. I would have to say that this was a good deal thanks to his realtor, Blaine, for working hard to win this deal. And as always, Thank you to my AML family for help getting this to the closing table!

Today my sister and bro-in-law closed on their beautiful new home. Their realtor TRINH MAI, Realtor worked so hard to get this deal under contract within a day of viewing their home. This is a new build and were able to use an outside lender and even get $10k towards closing cost. What a great deal!! I love that I am able to help guide homebuyers into their forever home.

Now is the time to start buying why wait for the rates to drop?!? You can always refinance later. If y'all need a trusted lender give your girl a holler.
