Two days before closing… the house went into foreclosure.

Yes, after we were already Clear to Close.

The buyer was devastated.
We were literally at the finish line.

But instead of panicking, we stayed patient and trusted the process.

The property went back to the bank… and a new seller stepped in.

And then something unexpected happened.

The new seller agreed to sell the home to our buyer for less than the original contract price.

At the same time, interest rates dropped.

So what looked like a disaster turned into:

• Lower purchase price
• Lower interest rate
• Lower monthly payment

Sometimes a deal doesn’t fall apart.

Sometimes it’s being rearranged in your favor.
