You don’t have to live on-site to own an RV park. You just have to run it like a business.

A few years ago, we met an investor who was tired of chasing rental properties and wanted something more stable. He liked the idea of owning an RV park but thought it meant living in a fifth wheel and handling reservations himself.

It doesn’t.

Instead, we helped him acquire a mid-sized park in a growing area.
