We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Commercial Account Manager to join our team. If you have a strong desire to learn and are passionate about the insurance industry, we encourage you to apply. While prior experience in insurance commercial account management or sales is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses an insurance background.
As an Insurance Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our commercial insurance clients. You will be expected to be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients’ insurance coverage needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Grow the business by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
- Partner with the producer to negotiate and close insurance deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ insurance needs are met.
- Prepare and present reports to management regarding client activity and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverage, and regulations (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
