As this year comes to a close, we want to wish you a wonderful holiday season! No matter how you plan to celebrate, we hope you have a relaxing, meaningful time with loved ones.

We will be closing at noon on Thursday, December 23rd through Monday, December 26th. Then again at noon on December 30th through Monday, January 2nd.

We don’t know if you’ve heard, but 🎅 is carrying something a little extra in his bag this year, with a cold front set to drop air straight from the North Pole (yes, really!)

To help you and your family prepare for frosted window panes (and potentially power lines), we’ve compiled a few helpful prep tips:

🥶 Stock the pantry … and not just with bread or milk. Try to stock your pantry with nonperishable food sure to keep if the power goes out.

🥶 If you use a space heater, never leave children/pets alone in a room with it, ensure it’s not damaged before turning it on, check your carbon monoxide monitors, and always turn it off before bed.

🥶 In temperatures 13 degrees to 31 degrees Fahrenheit, try to head indoors every 20 to 30 minutes. If the wind chill is 13 degrees or lower, your best bet is to stay inside. We are supposed to be -6 degrees with a Real Feel of -46 degrees.

🥶 Be sure to leave your faucets dripping and cabinet doors open to prevent pipes from freezing.

Dumas Insurance Agency held their annual Germania meeting on Tuesday, April 5th,2022. There where many new endorsements for homeowners policies discussed as well as other informative information. We had a wonderful turnout and great giveaways! We are thankful for all of our customers and appreciate all of you that were able to attend the meeting and look forward to serving you and your insurance needs in the future !
