50 Yr Mortgages....... Lets see what happens. Interesting, i like the concept. Allows for lower monthly payments vs now. Typically when homes are bought they are sold within the first ten years and equity taken out to move onto your next home using the equity to lower your overal mortgage. Doing that a few times you could potentially purchase a home with cash using your equity from house to house.
