Friday May 15, 2026 is the due date for Non-Profits to file Form 990 with the IRS, or to file for an extension. May 15 is also the deadline for Texas businesses and organizations to file their Public or Ownership Information Reports with the Texas Comptroller.

The IRS announced there will be no changes to withholding tables for 2025:

IR-2025-82, Aug. 7, 2025 — The IRS today announced that, as part of its phased implementation of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, there will be no changes to certain information returns or withholding tables for Tax Year 2025 related to the new law.
