Alternate income/Bank statement program.

I've had a lot of questions lately about how we calculate income on our bank statement program. It's actually quite simple, we just take all the deposits and divide it by the amount of months that covers and that is your income.
we even allow for transfers and we go to 90% LTV on this product with no MI, yes, you heard me correctly 90% with NO MI
this is a great program for self employed borrowers that don't show a lot of income on paper. We can use business or personal bank statements.
