back in the day banks for giving clients loans that had a fixed interest rate for two years and a three-year prepayment penalty. That caused a major problems but things are different now.

We’re seeing more and more clients taking a loan with a penalty. Why???

When paying off your debt, should you start with the highest balance or the highest interest rate?

The answer may be neither.

Most people believe that the debt snowball method is the best way to pay off your debt.

You actually start with the smallest debt and then when that one is paid off, you take the money that you were putting towards that one and pay the next one

Essentially, you are going to snowball the payments from smallest to largest

Mentally themselves too because you will actually see your balances getting to zero.
