eMomsNetwork MOMS empowering MOMS. General director Jané Alves conceived this project. We know that professional realization is not limited to one's well-being at work.

She has a dream of becoming a billionaire and using that success to help moms and abandoned children. Initially, the project was conceived based on experiences in Brazil and the United States but nothing prevents expansion in the future—there are no boundaries. The financial dream has not happened, but the dream of helping moms to create a foundation focused on providing support and expertise for

the life of every mom, contributing to her personal development and identifying her purpose in life, remains vibrant. What animates this project is the desire to help each MOM discover her inner world and the world of possibilities open to her. The role of women in society has changed and is changing, but powerful women in professional fields are still in the minority. The frenetic pace and competitiveness in today's world, stress, and dealing with immediate urgencies can inhibit the development of a mom who has not yet learned how to act professionally and be fully realized. A mom who has not yet discovered her potential often develops contradictory feelings that interfere with her development and ability to undertake the actions needed to fulfill her goals. The inability to deal with her problems alone often triggers a series of frustrations that result in low self-esteem. Our objective is to identify sensitive areas and support each mom in discovering her entrepreneurial potential to become a "professional acheiver". A true professional finds emotional balance in both her professional and personal lives. Gaining more confidence in herself, she develops the inner harmony necessary to realize her potential. Seeking and discovering the potential of each mom is the key to this project.

Women and men should never be touched against their will. Kudos to this woman for her bravery and knowing that the shame society expects her to feel, is not her own, but the shame of her attacker.

A few self-defense techniques can and will greatly help in any similar situation to this.
