Mark Thaler - NMLS #265872 Trio Mortgage, Partner / Sr. Loan Officer Mark Thaler has been Residential Mortgage Loan Originator since 2006. His principles are simple, but far too uncommon. He is never too busy for a call.

Prior to making homeowner dreams happen, he was a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged after 8 years of service. Honesty and integrity produce trust and that is why Mark’s customers are all referrals. Outside of VA loans, Mark specializes in customized mortgage solutions for his clients; whether it is the first time home buyer looking for a low down payment, or the seasoned home owner. Mark’s mantra is “I don’t keep banking hours, I keep CLIENT hours!”

When Mark is not working, he is married to his best friend, Shawna. Mark enjoys family time and all the shenanigans with their 5 daughters. Mark is also an avid fisherman, loves cooking, and watching ball games.
