Weekend Market Recap – Northeast Ohio
On weekends, I tour open houses and meet with realtors. Besides getting to connect with the hard-working agents doing everything they can to help their client listings sell and move on to their next chapter, I get to see first-hand what’s happening in the market—what’s moving, what’s sitting, and where buyers are showing up.
This weekend, I toured one standout home in person (Pebble Creek), and while I couldn’t make it to every open house, I’ve been closely tracking Ohio's real estate and here are five homes minus one, that I think you should check out. One is already pending, and that’s a strong reminder: if you’re serious about buying, pre-approval isn’t optional—it’s the first move.
