Happy Monday!

I'm very excited to welcome Lisa Church from Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty to Mike's Monday Minute this week!

Lisa brings such a depth of knowledge ranging from residential to commercial real estate - it was easy to have some really great topics to talk about.

Lisa's expansive territory is also incredibly impressive.

I wanted to spend some time to learn about Lisa's 'Why' and how she is helping other agents grow their commissions.

One aspect of the commercial space that I learned a lot about is leasing. Listen in as we dig deeper into commercial leasing and Lisa shares some wonderful tips!

Happy Monday on a Tuesday!

I'm incredibly excited to welcome Jonathan Day from Proulx Real Estate at Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty to the Monday Minute this week.

WOW - I was excited to chat with Jonathan but our conversation was better than I expected.

Jonathan has had incredible success in Real Estate but his story on how he got here is just as intriguing.

Business owner and Airforce reservist having to step away for a deployment and coming home with an opportunity to change the trajectory of his life - it's incredibly inspiring.

There were so many things we could have chatted about but I was most intrigued with his life experiences and how they helped shaped him become a better Real Estate agent.

Happy Monday!

$25,000 for Camp Sunshine! ☀️💛

We couldn’t be prouder of our own Rhonda Small, who was recognized at the Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals - MAMP Annual Meeting for the incredible success of this year’s Annual Golf Tournament.

Thanks to the support of MAMP members and the community, this year’s tournament raised a record-breaking $25,000 for Camp Sunshine at Sebago Lake!

Anyone who knows Rhonda knows just how much time, heart, and energy she pours into making this event a success every year. We’re incredibly proud to have her representing our Team and our industry while making such a meaningful difference in our community.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Dan Fahey and Jules Radjavitch from Transition Solutions and Elevate Maine.

Jules and Dan are working closely with a specific population in Maine and helping them transition to their next stage of life.

This is such an important role, and resource, for older adults.
