Thank you BOOM Fitness & BOOM KIDZ Studio-Culpeper for including us in your Trunk or Treat event! 🎃🍫🍬

We brought the whole team out and had fun dancing, passing out candy and viewing all the cut kiddos and adults in their costumes. 👻🎃

We managed to pass out over a thousand pieces of candy before the sky opened up and caught everyone in a torrential down pour. I personally think it made for a fun finish to the evening and Olivia managed to snap a pic of the two of us (drenched) thrown in the back of the jeep with tables chairs and decor (and me holding Jake’s legs) Ha!! 🧡🖤

We Can’t wait to do this again and the next Trunk or Treat coming up?!? 🎃👻

💜September is Su***de Prevention Month 💜

Last night my friend Kathy and I had the opportunity to play in Doubles for Life at Chestnut Forks 🎾💗

This special event was held in honor of Christa Williams 🤍✨ and brought the community together for something so much bigger than tennis—raising awareness for mental wellness and su***de prevention and supporting Mental Health Association of Fauquier County.

I’m grateful for organizations and events like this that are creating those conversations, providing resources and reminding people they don’t have to face hard things alone. 🙏🤍

There was a lot of laughter, some tennis 😊, and most importantly, a reminder of just how much connection and community matter. And Kathy, I’m pretty sure we had more fun than actual tennis talent 😂🎾—but I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else as my doubles partner. 💕

Mental health is part of our overall health, and it shouldn’t carry a stigma. Depression, anxiety, addiction—these touch our families, our friends, our workplaces and our communities every single day. We need to be able to talk about them. We need to check on each other. And we need people to know that asking for help is okay.
