We’ve officially reached 1,000 hours of weekly care, and with that growth comes exciting new additions to help us serve our community even better.

During orientation, our newest team members completed skills check-off training that included transfers using a gait belt, transfers using a Hoyer lift, and best practices for supporting activities of daily living. Ongoing training and hands-on preparation are essential to ensuring we deliver safe, high-quality care to every client we serve.

We are so excited to welcome Erica Watts as our new Recruiting Manager for our Cullman team! 🎉

Erica brings fantastic leadership experience, having previously worked as a Regional Manager in another field. Her management background and professionalism made her a wonderful candidate to help lead and grow our team.

Earlier in her career, Erica worked as a CNA, giving her a true heart for seniors and the work our caregivers do every day. That passion, along with her leadership skills, makes her a perfect fit for our mission.

We are thrilled to have her join the Cullman team and can't wait to see the great things she will accomplish. Welcome, Erica!
