Lenders use DTI to determine how much house you can afford! DTI coming in a little tight? paying off debts or putting more money down are 2 easy ways to bring that percentage down and give you more wiggle room! 🕺

I’m so thankful for time spent with family and friends, and even more thankful for the birth of Jesus.

It’s easy to get caught up in what we don’t have or what someone else has, but this year has made me realize how important it is to never take your blessings for granted.
