We're hearing reports of scammers calling people and claiming to be from Medicare, offering plastic Medicare cards. This is a SCAM!

Medicare will NEVER call you to ask for personal information.

Never give out your Medicare number over the phone.
There are NO plastic Medicare cards.
Protect yourself from fraudsters. If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact us or Medicare directly.

We've been alerted about scammers targeting our clients!
Here's the deal:
You might receive a call claiming to be from the Health Insurance Marketplace or Medicare.
They'll say you need to switch your health plan and all they need is your date of birth.
Important:
The Health Insurance Marketplace and Medicare will NEVER call you to ask for personal information over the phone.
Never give out your personal information like your date of birth or Social Security number to someone who calls you unexpectedly.
What to do if you get this call:
Don't engage! Hang up immediately.
Please contact your Health Insurance Agent to make sure NO CHANGES happened to your plan!
You can also report the scam to the Federal Trade Commission at https://www.ftc.gov/media/71268
