To say this girl is an Angel on earth is an understatement! She's more than I could ever share with any of you!

This email I got today from a customer says it all. She has given her heart and soul to our business from day one and I could not be more grateful for her.

I want to personally take a moment to thank you for the great customer service, I am old school and have to have a relationship with whomever I do business with, and that is very difficult and almost impossible to find these days. " People do business with People" no matter the product or price it all boils down to people, that has been forgotten.

But Rhonda has gone above and beyond to answer and take care of any needs or questions I have, giving me peace of mind and comfort not to worry about my insurance needs, she has it under control.
I received an email from Loan Depot saying that I was going to be charged for insurance on my house because mine had lapsed, Rhonda was already on top of it and no worries she tracked it down and saw that the check had not been posted on Loan Depot side and she had it handled before I could even call her.
