UT TSU Extension-Cumberland County Our staff has expertise in a variety of subject matter areas. Our organization has a rich tradition of meeting the needs of the rural community.

UT / TSU Extension serves the citizens of Cumberland County with educational programs in the areas of Agriculture, Family and Consumer Sciences, Community Resource Development, and 4-H Youth Development. We are a combined outreach branch of the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture and Tennessee State University Cooperative Extension, providing research-based solutions and information t

o the citizens of Tennessee. The office has a wealth of research-based publications, addressing virtually any issue related to the home or farm. So whether you know the UT/ TSU Extension as the County Agents Office, the 4-H office or the Home Agent’s office, be assured that the staff is available to help answer your questions or direct you to the correct source. Additionally, our role continues to expand in order to meet the challenges facing a more urban audience. All of the services and many of the programs offered by Extension are free to county residents. UT/ TSU Extension provides equal opportunities in programs and employment.

Our Cumberland County 4-H’ers took center stage on August 22 for our Chick Chain Show & Sale! After months of feeding, caring for, and raising their pullets, our participants had the opportunity to show off all their hard work,

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR CUMBERLAND COUNTY 4-H GRILL MASTER TEAMS! πŸ₯©πŸ”₯

We are so proud of our Grill Master teams who competed today at the Eastern Region 4-H Grill Master Challenge! These 4-H’ers have spent weeks practicing their grilling techniques, food safety, fire safety, timing, and presentation, and their hard work showed! πŸ€πŸ‘
