Merchants & Planters Insurance Agency of Crossett is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating with customers, and staying on top of the little details.
What we’re looking for:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
• Ability to multitask and manage daily office responsibilities
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Someone who works well both independently and as part of a team
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required — we’re willing to train the right person!
