Appreciation post! Excuse any "uhhs" or "umms," but sometimes social media can be way too over edited. This is true appreciation, and, I wanted it to come through that way!
Before I gush my appreciation once more, our phones will be open before regular business hours again! We will be answering by 7:30 am at the latest! If you get our voicemail, it means we are helping other clients. Leave a message, and we will get to you as quickly as possible in the order the call was received!
Appreciation summary:
Our staff are the best! Our clients are the best!
By 9 am yesterday ALL claim calls and emails that had made it into our main inbox overnight had been returned with next steps!
We kept on pace with claims all day long.
I didn't ask or mandate any staff to stay late last night, but 3 were still on at 9:30 pm with me starting on the second round of claims.
I had volunteers come to me offering to start early this morning.
If you don't use a hometown agency and/or your agency isn't giving you this dedication, it's time to leave! This is what we sell you: protection when bad things happen. It shouldn't mean calling 1-800 numbers and waiting on hold with "longer than average wait times!"
