We are excited to help home buyers in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and Pennsylvania realize that homeownership is possible (and affordable too!)

Buying a home can be a little overwhelming, and if you are like most people, you're probably thinking... Where do I start?! Our goal is to help you with a budget, work with your personal goals, and determine how much you can comfortably afford. We will walk you through each step of the loan process and then some! Buying a home is one of life's most important decisions - financially, emotionally, and physically. It can be easy to lose sight of your budget with all the house hunting excitement, and it can be stressful trying to navigate the transaction and move all at once! Our team ensures that you are well-cared for and informed every step of the way! Ryan Kurrle has been a Loan Officer with FHMC since May 2016. Jordan Eng Kurrle worked as a Loan Officer at FHMC for 7.5 years before transitioning to a Production Manager for the Kurrle Team in January 2022. 📊 Markets are watching closely: Strong corporate lending (shoutout JP Morgan) is helping ease recession fears—and maybe even paving the way for rate cuts. 👀

Not a packed week, but don’t snooze on:
➡️ Thursday: PMI + jobless claims
➡️ Friday: Durable Goods (a key look at business investment)

Summer Fridays = lighter trading… which means data could really move markets. Stay tuned!

Congratulations to this first-time homebuyer on officially closing on her very first home!

She was able to secure a $15,000 grant to help with her purchase—such a huge win.

Big thank you to for helping guide her through the process and for trusting us with her home financing.
