His insight into the entire home buying process helped streamline the process and save me many extraneous phone calls. He really worked hard in order to ready the loan and documents on time before the expiry of the contract to purchase despite the delays caused by bad weather. Overall, he was fantastic loan officer and I hope he will not change and continue being responsive to my inquiries after the closing.
