Today, I have some bittersweet news to share with you. As we enter 2022, I am entering a new chapter myself: retirement. While I will miss working with you, I know you will be in great hands with Valerie Pettis taking over as owner and leader of this company in early February.
Most clients have had the opportunity to work with Valerie over the years and have experienced her cheerful attitude and great customer service. She has been with our agency since the very beginning and has more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry. Having lived in the area most of her life, Valerie is also deeply invested in this community, where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
Know that, in terms of your experience with us, the only thing changing is the company’s name, which will soon be Panhandle Insurance Agency–same address, phone number, offerings, and great customer service.
As I reflect on my career, I am so thankful I’ve had the opportunity to work with great clients like you. And I am so excited for Valerie and the future of Panhandle Insurance Agency!
